Award Ordering Information

Ordering you Award(s): When preparing your Award Order Form, please enter all information requested, including business street address, city, state, zip code, and daytime phone number for any delivery questions that may arise. Award shipments should be sent to a business address wherever possible. Award Headquarters does not accept any liability for missing or incomplete shipments delivered to a home address. Awards cannot be delivered to a rural route number without a box number, or to a Post Office Box. Be sure to include all descriptions such as color and size if applicable. Please review order for accuracy before submitting. Make certain you print a copy for your records.

Shipment of Merchandise: All merchandise orders are processed in the order they are received at Award Headquarters. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of awards, although many times they will arrive sooner. If you order more than one item, your awards may arrive in separate shipments. Most large items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, and may take extra time for delivery. In rare cases, items sent direct from the manufacturer may face extended delays. If this situation arises, you will be promptly advised of approximate delivery date, and given the option of re-selecting if scheduled delivery date is unsatisfactory.

Note: All awards are subject to manufacturers/suppliers changes in style, color, or conditions of offer. In the event a style or model has been changed or discontinued by the manufacturer, we will substitute with a current style or model guaranteed to be of equal or greater value whenever possible. In the event an item of equal value cannot be located, we will contact you and ask you to re-select a substitute item.

If you wish to inquire about your award after you receive it, please refer to your packing list for the order number and award item number. You must obtain a Return Authorization from Award Headquarters prior to returning any merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your award, we will replace it as long as all original shipping cartons and packing material are returned with the item. All exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt of award(s).

Please sign only for the number of cartons received, and only after the driver signs and notes any shortages or carton damage (holes, dents, etc.) on all copies of the freight bill/delivery receipt. Please keep a copy for your records.

Truck Shipment: If your item is being delivered via truck, the trucking company will call to schedule delivery. If the trucking company leaves a message for you, please call back within 24 hours to schedule delivery. Please do not pick up the merchandise yourself. If you pick up the merchandise of a trucking company, you are responsible for damages that could occur in further transport of that merchandise. Once you are in contact with the trucking company, please schedule your delivery within two working days. Failure to contact the trucking company and schedule the delivery in the time specified may result in the return of merchandise to the manufacturer, or additional charges. If by error a shipment arrives freight collect, please pay the necessary charges and send a copy of the paid freight bill to Award Headquarters for prompt reimbursement.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

Visible Damage: All shipments with visible major damage should be refused. Note any damages on the freight bill. Write or call Award Headquarters advising the type of merchandise and name of carrier. Include the order number and award item number. Concealed Damage: Should you find concealed damage, please retain the merchandise and original carton with all packing material.

If Truck Delivery, call the delivery carrier within 48 hours and request a damage inspection. Forward the inspection report to Award Headquarters and keep a copy for your records. Upon receipt of the damaged article(s), file the necessary claim papers and order an immediate replacement or repair.

If Delivered by UPS, RPS, or Parcel Post, please call Award Headquarters for instructions so that pick-up and replacement of your damaged award can be arranged. All claims must be made within 3 days. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt, and must be returned with all packing material intact as received.

Installation and Service: All installations and /or service is not included in points required to receive award. You should arrange for these services locally at your own expense.

Printing Errors: Occasionally errors occur despite all efforts to proofread for accuracy. Award Headquarters reserves the right to reject a merchandise order due to printing errors in this catalog, prize point requirements, or Program Rules and Regulations.
